PRODUCT INFORMATION
The Skin by Cocoona range has been created by a team of highly qualified and experienced chemists in a state-of-the-art laboratory. All of our products apply the latest in scientific innovation and have been rigorously tested throughout. All products are manufactured in the United States of America under controlled conditions.
We currently do not supply the SKIN by Cocoona products in sample sizes. You can, however, test the products at any of the Cocoona Centres for Aesthetic Transformation. For our clinic locations, click here.
All of our products contain high quality ingredients that are compliant with the relevant laws, standards and regulations of the United Arab Emirates.
We suggest using any product from the SKIN by Cocoona range within six to twelve months. Please consult the best before date that is printed on each bottle.
While each ingredient has been tested and is considered safe for topical application, our products have not been tested on pregnant or breastfeeding women. When pregnant or breastfeeding, it is recommended to avoid any skincare products containing retinoids such as formulations with Retinol.
We recommend storing all of our products in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight at a temperature of between 50-85F.
REFUND & EXCHANGE
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This is applicable only for unopened and unused products returned to Cocoona Centre for Aesthetic Transformation in the original packaging, along with your purchase receipt or order reference number.
ACCOUNT INFORMATION
You can find the status of an order and view your order history in your account section, in ‘My Orders’.
If you get a message telling you that your password is not recognised, simply click on the ‘Forgot password’ link below the sign in button. You will then be prompted to enter your email address and a link will be sent with instructions on how to create a new password for your account
Yes, you do need to create an account, but we have made the process as quick and easy as possible. Having an account also means that you can track your orders, view your past orders and securely store your information and payment details (so that you don’t have to fill this in every time you make a purchase.
DELIVERY INFORMATION
You can collect your order from any Cocoona Centre for Aesthetic Transformation clinic.
Standard delivery:
We offer free delivery on our standard service of delivery within 2-3 business days on all orders above AED 250. For orders under AED 250, delivery is charged at a rate of AED 20.
Premium next day delivery:
Our premium next day service is charged at a rate of AED 20 within Dubai. If you are resident outside of Dubai but within the United Arab Emirates, please contact us for the exact delivery charges.
Standard delivery takes 2-3 business days. We also offer a premium next day service.
Currently, we deliver only within the United Arab Emirates.
PRICING & PAYMENTS
All online purchases automatically have the value-added tax (VAT) added at point of purchase.
We work closely with our delivery team to ensure Cash On Delivery orders are safe.Y ou will be required to sign an invoice upon delivery, which will confirm and ensure the collection of your cash.
If paying by debit or credit card, we provide a safe and secure checkout by encrypting your credit card information using SSL
Currently, we accept payment with Debit Cards, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or Cash on Delivery. Please note that your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement to avoid any delay in processing your order.
