Why we are SKIN.
The Skin by Cocoona range has been created by a team of highly qualified and experienced chemists in a state-of-the-art laboratory. All of our skincare products apply the latest in scientific innovation and have been rigorously tested throughout. All the skincare products in Dubai that we offer are manufactured in the United States of America under controlled conditions.
We offer a full refund within 14 days of purchase. This is applicable only for unopened and unused products returned to Cocoona Centre for Aesthetic Transformation in the original packaging, along with your purchase receipt or order reference number.
Standard delivery:
We offer free delivery on our standard service of delivery within 2-3 business days on all orders above AED 250. For orders under AED 250, delivery is charged at a rate of AED 20.
Premium next day delivery:
Our premium next day service is charged at a rate of AED 20 within Dubai. If you are resident outside of Dubai but within the United Arab Emirates, please contact us for the exact delivery charges.
Currently, we accept payment with Debit Cards, Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) or Cash on Delivery. Please note that your billing information must be exactly as it appears on your credit card statement to avoid any delay in processing your order.
